This anti-aging oil is said to benefit the joints, muscles, and the skin of the person using the oil. It is also believed that the Emu Oil will provide the user with arthritic relief along with taking care of any age spots or wrinkles that are present. But does it really work? Since the Emu Oil is completely comprised of a substance of the Australian Emu Bird it may hold a lot of truth to it. This is because the Aborigines have been said to discover that this oil is a great moisturiser with many benefits.
The Emu Oil was originally used by the Aborigines to treat muscle aches and sunburn and also as a possible antiseptic. Insect bites and hemorrhoids were also apparently problems that could people could receive relief from by using the Emu Oil. While there are a lot of people saying that this was an oil that the Aborigines used for a wide variety of purposes, there are no conclusive research studies done on the product or the oil itself. Does the lack of studies mean that the product will not work? No, but it does mean that you have to simply trust the word of the company selling the product.
If your biggest problem is dry skin then you are probably very safe to say that you are not wasting your money on Emu Oil. But if you are urgently looking for something that is proven to take care of wrinkles, you may want to research products that have had scientific research put into them. There are other products on the market with the same claims but with online testimonials and research to back those claims. If those did not work well enough for you then maybe it is still worth a shot to give Emu Oil a try.
